1. Moving the dealer, raising the dealer
The first time you play, you choose a dealer. Each player draws a card, compares the sizes, and the player who points to the highest or lowest card becomes the dealer.
2. Bottom
Before the cards are dealt, everyone throws a bottom bet, commonly known as "putting the bottom." There are two types: "round bottom" and "through bottom."
