The government's base share = the room's base share * the landlord's share.
Single-game cap:
The total points won or lost by the landlord or peasants cannot exceed the single-game cap.

If the landlord plays all their cards until the end of the game, but the other farmers don't play a single card, it's considered a "spring," and the base score is doubled.

II. Normal Algorithm
Note: This algorithm is based on the absence of bombs, rockets, and spring. Each bomb or rocket doubles the score, and each spring/anti-spring doubles the score.

The landlord wins = 2 * base score * multiplier.
