I. Dealing the cards
A deck of cards has 54 cards. Each player receives 17 cards, and 3 cards are left as the bottom cards. Players cannot see the bottom cards before the landlord is determined.
II. Bidding
Bidding proceeds in turn according to the order of play. When bidding, players can choose to "call the landlord" or "pass". If a player chooses to "call the landlord", the bidding ends immediately, and that player becomes the landlord. If no one bids, the cards are redealt, and bidding restarts until someone "calls the landlord".
III. The first player to call
1. The player who bids in the first round is randomly selected by the system.
2. If a player chooses "open hand" before bidding, the first player to choose "open hand" will have priority in bidding.
3. If a player chooses "reveal their hand" before bidding, and none of the three players choose "call landlord", then the system selects the first player who "revealed their hand" as the landlord.
IV. Robbing the Landlord
1. After a player calls for the landlord position, each player has one and only one chance to "bid for the landlord" in turn. If no other player bids for the landlord position after a player bids, the landlord position belongs to the player who bid for the landlord position.
2. If no player chooses to "claim the landlord" (bid for the landlord position), the landlord rights belong to the player who "called the landlord".
3. Each time you "grab the landlord", the game multiplier is doubled.
4. Players who have previously opted out of the "not calling for the landlord" option are unable to opt out of the "grabbing the landlord" option.
V. Open Cards
1. Open cards means playing the game with all the cards in your hand revealed. There are three main types: "Open cards at the start", "Open cards after dealing", and "Open cards".
2. Start with open cards: Before the cards are dealt, choose to start the game with open cards and keep it open. The game multiplier is multiplied by 5.
3. Dealing cards open: Choose to play with cards open during the dealing process. The game multiplier will be multiplied by 4 or 3 depending on the number of cards dealt.
4. Open Cards: After receiving the three bottom cards, you can choose to open your cards and start the game. The game multiplier is doubled.
5. If multiple players choose "open card" at the same time, the multiplier of the highest open card will be used for calculation.
VI. Double
1. After the landlord is chosen, a doubling option is added before the landlord plays their cards. After the landlord takes the bottom cards, the doubling option appears, allowing players to choose to double or not. However, to double, players must meet specific conditions.
2. After completing the doubling or non-doubling action within the time limit, you must wait for other players to complete their actions or until the time limit expires before the landlord starts playing cards.
3. After doubling, the game score is calculated as follows: multiplier * corresponding Happy Beans per point * your own multiplier * your opponent's multiplier. If there is a multiplier, multiply by 2; otherwise, multiply by 1.
4. The condition for doubling the reward is that the number of Happy Beans held by the user exceeds the value specified for that room.
5. The following rules apply: 1. When the doubling user is the landlord, all players must have more than the room's maximum number of Happy Beans. 2. When the doubling user is a peasant, both the peasant and the landlord must have more than the room's maximum number of Happy Beans.
VII. Playing Cards
The three bottom cards are given to the landlord and revealed to everyone. The landlord plays first, and then players take turns playing in a counter-clockwise direction. When it's a player's turn, they can choose to pass or play a card higher than the previous player's. The round ends when one player runs out of cards.
8. Card Types
Rocket: refers to the two Jokers (Big Joker and Little Joker), the highest-ranking cards.
Bomb: Four cards of the same value (e.g., four 7s).
Single card: A single card (such as the 5 of hearts).
A pair: Two cards with the same value (e.g., 4 of Clubs + 4 of Diamonds).
Three of a kind: Three cards of the same value (such as three Jacks).
Three of a Kind with One: Three cards of the same value plus a single card or a pair. For example: 333+6 or 444+99
A straight is five or more consecutive single cards (e.g., 45678 or 78910JQK). It excludes 2s and Jokers.
Double Straight: Three or more consecutive pairs (e.g., 334455, 7788991010JJ). Excludes 2s and Jokers.
Three of a Kind: Two or more consecutive sets of three cards (e.g., 333444, 555666777888). Does not include 2s or Jokers.
Airplane with wings: Three straights + the same number of single cards (or the same number of pairs).
For example: 444555+79 or 333444555+7799JJ
Four of a Kind with Two: Four cards plus two other cards. (Note: Four of a Kind with Two is not a bomb).
9. Card Ranking
The rocket is the highest card and can beat any other card.
Bombs are smaller than rockets but larger than other cards. When both cards are bombs, compare their values.
Except for rockets and bombs, other cards must have the same card type and the same total number of cards to be compared in order to determine the size of the hand.
Single cards are ranked by value, in the following order: Big Joker > Little Joker > 2 > A > K > Q > J > 10 > 9 > 8 > 7 > 6 > 5 > 4 > 3, regardless of suit.
Pairs and three-of-a-kind are compared by their point values.
Straight hands are compared by the value of the highest card.
When comparing a plane with wings and a four-of-a-kind with two extra cards, the ranking is determined by the three-card sequence and the four-card sequence, respectively. The extra cards do not affect the ranking.
10. Determining the Winner
The game ends when any player runs out of cards. If the landlord runs out of cards first, the landlord wins; otherwise, the other two players win.
