Simply click "Start Chat" below the host's profile picture to connect with them. Both hosts and guests will receive text message alerts when they receive a message from the platform, ensuring they don't miss any.

5. How can I make my listing more popular?

We recommend that you clean and tidy up the room slightly and take photos of the house under good lighting conditions. You can also provide some personalized and humane introductions in the house description. It is best to have introductions in Chinese and English to make the property information more visible to more people.

6. How can I get my deposit back after the guest cancels the reservation?

If a guest has paid a deposit and either the guest or the host cancels their reservation for any reason, they can get their deposit back. After canceling their reservation, the guest can click the Deposit Refund button on the reservation page. You'll then see the deposit has been returned to your Wellcee account. Click View Balance on the Funds Management page. You can use the refund to book another room. If you'd like to transfer the refund to your bank account, simply click the Withdraw button. The funds will be returned to your payment account within five business days after Wellcee verifies the amount.

7. How to close the house page after the house has been rented out?

Click on the My Listing page and there is a Close Listing button in the lower right corner of the listing box.
